The Flow iPhone app also allows users to easily access their projects from their Apple devices.

Google Docs
While not the most technologically advanced, Google Docscontinues to work well as a project management tool. Because almost everyone has a Google user account it can be easily accessed from anywhere and costs nothing to use. Google Docs is ideal for collaboratively creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and file sharing among multiple users.
