Robert V. Johnson, EdD
Associate Senior Vice President, Financial and Business Services, University of Southern California
Robert V. Johnson was appointed Associate Senior Vice President for Financial and Business Services in 2001. He oversees Student Financial Operations, Procurement Services, Mailing and Material Management Services, USCard Services, Organization Improvement Services, the Office of Financial Analysis, Sponsored Projects Accounting and the USC Ticket Office.
From 2000 to 2001, Johnson was Executive Director of Financial Services; he served as Associate Comptroller of the University from 1987 to 2000 and prior to that as Assistant Comptroller. Johnson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills, in 1981. In 1995, he earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, and in 2004 Johnson earned his doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania.

Victoria Pipkin Lane
Executive Director, Quality and Productivity Commission / Chief Executive Office, County of Los Angeles
Mrs. Pipkin-Lane currently serves as the Executive Director of the Quality and Productivity Commission for Chief Executive Office of the County of Los Angeles. In this role she supervises the commission staff in planning, organizing and coordinating quality and productivity activities among many other duties. Mrs. Lane began her career as a journalist with several prominent news outlets including Billboard Magazine, San Bernardino Sun and the Southwest Wave Newspaper. After which she moved into the public life and after several years transitioned into the role, Director of Communications for the District Attorneys Office. Following several other stints within the County of Los Angeles Mrs. Pipkin-Lane serves in her current position and oversees a multimillion dollar budget within the county. Mrs. Pipkin-Lane has one son and her and her husband, Herb resides in Inglewood, CA.

ADP is one of the largest providers of business processing and cloud-based solutions serving about 620,000 organizations in more than 125 countries, including 425,000 small-business clients. Over 80 percent of FORTUNE 500® companies and more than 90 FORTUNE 100 companies use at least one of ADP's services. Melissa has consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales associates at ADP. During her career, she achieved President Club status every year and in 2010 she was #1 selling Sales Representative in the nation. She was promoted to a management position in only 2 and a half years and was one of the youngest managers to be promoted at ADP. Mr. Thomas is an experienced credit union professional with extensive knowledge in the areas of financial management, financial analysis, asset/liability management, project management, general administration and member services. He oversees the accounting and financial operations of ILWU Credit Union, including all general ledger functions, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and accounts payable. Over his nearing 25 year career, Mr. Thomas has served as Controller for Pacific Transportation Federal Credit Union, Interim Chief Executive Officer for Pacific Transportation FCU, Project Manager for First American Bank, and Accounting Manager of L.A. Financial FCU where his breadth of responsibilities encompassed investment trading, strategic planning and business development. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Devric is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is management certified by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and a Sapphire Level Award Winner.
